Terms of Service

Submitting an order does not require PRINT YOURS to accept or produce it. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an order cannot be produced as submitted, contains an obvious pricing or technical error, appears unlawful or infringing, or cannot be completed safely or reliably.

If we cancel an order before production for a reason attributable to PRINT YOURS, any applicable amount already paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.

Prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts applicable to an order are shown during checkout or otherwise communicated before payment where required.

Payment must be completed using an available payment method. If a displayed price or charge is clearly incorrect because of a technical or administrative error, we may contact you before production to correct the order or cancel the affected item and refund the applicable amount.

You are responsible for the files, photographs, artwork, scans, text, and other materials you submit to PRINT YOURS and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required for us to reproduce and process them.

By submitting material for production, you authorize PRINT YOURS to reproduce, process, resize, crop, convert, inspect, store, and otherwise handle that material as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

PRINT YOURS does not claim ownership of customer-supplied creative work merely because it is submitted for production.

You are responsible for supplying files that are suitable for the requested output, including resolution, dimensions, cropping, embedded colour information, and other relevant specifications.

We use colour-managed production processes, but the appearance of an image on a monitor or other display may differ from a physical print. Displays vary in calibration, brightness, colour, contrast, and viewing conditions.

Production and turnaround times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Where PRINT YOURS makes a production error or fails to produce an accepted order according to the agreed specifications, we will work with you to make it right.

Because PRINT YOURS products are generally produced to order, cancellation, return, refund, and replacement eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping methods, rates, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, and shipping-damage procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Those policies form part of these Terms of Service where applicable to your order.

The PRINT YOURS name, website design, original website content, graphics, branding, and other materials created by or for PRINT YOURS are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PRINT YOURS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy, warranty, condition, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or other laws that apply regardless of this provision.
